Warranty and Returns

The warranty of all the products you have purchased from Pioyun.com.tr is determined according to the article in the consumer rights law.

Refund Conditions

  1. You can make a written application by sending an e-mail to info@pioyun.com.tr within 14 days from the day you receive your purchased product from the cargo, or you can return it under the following conditions by requesting a return from your User panel.
  2. The promotional and promotional products of the product you are returning must also be returned at the same time.
  3. The products that cannot be used for withdrawal or change are as follows;

  1. In order for the purchased products to be returned within the "Right of Withdrawal", the purchased product must not be damaged in its original box and the packaging inside. The invoice and all complementary accessories must be sent with the product undamaged and complete, if not sent, the refund request will be rejected. If there are factors that prevent the product from being resold, the product will not be accepted for return.
  2. Your refund will be made to the bank account or credit card you requested within 3 (three) business days after the products you sent have reached us and the return is confirmed.
