Also; Every customer who is a member of our website and makes purchases is deemed to have read and accepted all the articles of the following sales contract prepared by us without the need for another notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This contract has been prepared in accordance with the Regulation on the Application Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137, and the articles are as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ARTICLE 1 - SUBJECT<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The subject of this contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No.4077 on the Protection of Consumers - Regulation on the Principles and Procedures of the Application of Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product that the SELLER sells to the BUYER, whose qualities and sales price are specified below. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ARTICLE 2.1 - SELLER INFORMATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 2.2 - BUYER INFORMATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A person who is a member of the www.pioyun.com.tr shopping site as a customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Address and contact information used while members shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ARTICLE 3 - CONTRACT SUBJECT PRODUCT INFORMATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It consists of the type, quantity, brand \/ model, color, number of goods \/ products \/ services, sales price, payment method, and the information at the time the order is finalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.1- The BUYER declares that he \/ she has read and informed all the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the contractual product or products, sales price and payment method and delivery, and gives the necessary confirmation electronically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.2 - The product or products subject to the contract are delivered to the BUYER or the person \/ organization at the address indicated in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. This period can be extended for a maximum of 10 days, provided that the BUYER is notified beforehand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.3 - If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to another person \/ organization other than the BUYER, pioyun.com.tr cannot be held responsible if the person \/ organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.4 - pioyun.com.tr is responsible for the delivery of the product subject to the contract in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.5 - For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, the signed copy of this contract must be delivered to pioyun.com.tr and the price must be paid in the form of payment preferred by the BUYER. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or is canceled in bank records, pioyun.com.tr is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.6- After the delivery of the product, if the credit card belonging to the BUYER is used unfairly or unlawfully by unauthorized persons not due to the BUYER's fault, if the relevant bank or financial institution fails to pay the product price to pioyun.com.tr, the BUYER will be delivered to himself. It is mandatory to send the product to pioyun.com.tr within 3 days, provided that it has been received. In this case, shipping costs belong to the BUYER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.7-pioyun.com.tr is obliged to notify the BUYER of the situation if it cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within due time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions that prevent transportation. In this case, the BUYER may use one of the rights to cancel the order, to replace the product subject to the contract with a precedent, and \/ or to postpone the delivery period until the obstacle is removed. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid is paid to him in cash and in lump sum within 15 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.8- The defective or defective products of the products sold with or without the warranty certificate can be sent to pioyun.com.tr for the necessary repairs within the warranty terms, in this case the shipping costs will be covered by pioyun.com.tr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within (7) days from the delivery of the contractual product to him or to the person \/ organization at the address indicated. In order to use the right of withdrawal, it is obligatory to notify pioyun.com.tr via fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product should not be used within the framework of the relevant article provisions. If this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice along with a sample of the cargo delivery report indicating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER has been sent to pioyun.com.tr. The product price is returned to the BUYER within 15 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned. The shipping cost of the returned product due to the right of withdrawal is paid by the BUYER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for customized products that cannot be returned due to their nature. The use of the right of withdrawal depends on the condition that the product package is not opened, spoiled and the product has not been used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the payment is made by credit card or a similar payment card, the consumer may request the cancellation of the payment transaction on the grounds that the card is used against his \/ her consent and illegally. In this case, the issuing institution returns the payment amount to the consumer within 15 working days from the notification of the objection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the location of pioyun.com.tr are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In case the order is concluded, the BUYER will be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
